In just one month, I’ll be officially returning to work after welcoming my baby, and wow… this season has been humbling, grounding, and incredibly empowering.

I’m feeling stronger than before in my body, my mind, and my purpose. Becoming a mom has reminded me why I do this work: to help you feel confident, capable, and connected to yourself.

I’m already missing my clients and students after just 2 weeks away, and while I wait for baby to arrive, I’ve been busy looking ahead! 💛

✨ My 2026 Massage Schedule is now LIVE and ready for online booking!

Here’s what to know moving forward:

➡️ Rotating Schedule:
My hours will rotate weekly and monthly to align with my husband’s firefighting schedule — but don’t worry, there will be plenty of options to choose from!

➡️ More Availability:
I’ll actually have more hours than before, including expanded evening times (perfect for those with 9–5 jobs!) and weekend appointments.

➡️ Easy Online Booking:
The best way to schedule is online, so you can see my rotating availability and grab your ideal time.

I’m also continuing to offer personal training sessions (both in-person and online), plus private group classes and workshops— we can create a custom schedule that fits your needs and goals.
