OUT OF OFFICE ➡️

My husband and I’s 10 year wedding anniversary ❤️💍 is coming up soon, so we are taking a little getaway roadtrip! 🚗💨

I will still be answering text messages while on this vacation, but my response times will be slower than normal. ☺️

📣 I am currently booked out for new patients until September 15th.

🤰🤱 My schedule keeps filling up very quickly, so I highly recommend reaching out to me during pregnancy to get a breast pump (I take most insurances) and secure your availability with me as a patient. I prioritize those who have gotten a pump or service from me before.

🍼💦 I will be answering texts and scheduling pump deliveries for when I’m back. Let me know what one you want ASAP in case I need to put in an order while on vacation! You can order a pump anytime, but I won’t deliver until 36+ weeks! Get on the schedule early!

📲 If you need lactation help while I’m away, check out some of my breast friends for in home help! And follow them anyways, because they give great advice!! 😉

Everyone go check out Courtney Ann Photography who is blessing us with her talents this year for our photos! We love shining light on new and amazing supportive photographers in the area!

We LOVE providing this to 12 families in our community every year. Tickets are now open at the link below/in the comments!

If you’ve gotten photos in the past years we’ve done this, we kindly ask that you don’t get them again so that others have the opportunity. This event always sells out very quickly, usually within ONE day!

Be mindful that once you’ve chosen your time slot you cannot change it, but we are usually pretty flexible as babies never want to nurse when they are supposed to. Show up early and hang out and meet some other nursing parents!

If you purchase a ticket and decide you cannot come, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ve had people not show up for their slot in the past and it’s a SUPER bummer that other families have to miss out on the opportunity.

Babies who refuse the bottle or pacifier are struggling. Period. 🍼 Don’t settle for “they will eventually take it” or “you can’t give the bottle, have someone else do it” or even dare I say it…… settle for “fed is best, don’t stress”. A baby not taking a bottle is stressful. I know people are just trying to help and be supportive but I hate that term. I really do. Breast isn’t best for every person and baby either, so let’s not say that either. Yes, every baby needs to be fed. That’s basic necessity. No one intentionally starves their baby. Does it matter what you decide to feed your baby or how? No! But does everyone deserve support and help figuring out why her baby cannot learn a new skill? Yes! Supported is best. Educated is best. Informed is best. Fed is the minimum. Is your baby is struggling to be fed from whatever mode you choose, whether it be breast or bottle - you deserve to have someone support, educate, and inform you of why that is, and then you can decide if you want to work to fix it. 🫶 we are here for all families regardless of what they want. Fully formula feeding but baby still struggling to eat? Great! Let me help you. My schedule opens up August 12th for new patients. 🗓️

A few weeks ago I officially passed the 10 year mark of being a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST — AKA, Car Seat Tech)!! And now I am an Instructor, teaching the next generations of CPSTs!! I became a CPST because I was so passionate about keeping my baby safe in the car. My first week of class I found out I was doing like a billion things wrong! This was extremely humbling, knowing that you “research” a ton, and still miss some really big important stuff. There is no shame in asking for help. I’m always more than happy to answer questions via my DM’s for no cost! Remember that I also do in-home car seat education and installs. There is a fee since I’m coming to you, and spending 1-2 hours with your family educating you all on how to be safe in a variety of vehicles. Message me to book something, or message me your burning car seat questions - maybe I’ll feature them in some stories over the next few weeks! Be safe - your cargo is precious and deserves the safest ride possible. We don’t expect you to know it all, but we do expect you to ask for help. :)
