“Hi! I’m Kim, the Clinic Manager here at Sanders Family Dental. I was born in New Zealand and moved to Lincoln, Nebraska with my family when I was 12. After meeting my husband, Christopher—an Omaha native—I made the move here in 2019 and have proudly put down roots in this community.

I’m passionate about creating a dental office that feels welcoming, well-organized, and supportive for both our patients and our team. I believe great care starts with kindness, clear communication, and teamwork, and I’m excited to help make every visit a positive experience from start to finish.

Outside of the office, I love traveling and make it a personal goal to experience a new place each year, whether close to home or across the world. When I’m not working or planning my next adventure, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family and pets, doing crafts, or exploring local restaurants. I’m so excited to be part of the Sanders Family Dental team and look forward to welcoming you at your next visit” 💙

Here are a few things about our hygiene protocols and our level of care

Our office was started in 2017 so we are all up to date with technology. All digital X-rays, iTero scanner, Dentrix, Overjet Ai, CBCT, integrated Cavitron's in each room, cordless prophy handpiece, patient TV's that aid in patient education that can be positioned easily.
-60 min recall exams
-90 min new patient exams
-Autonomy on time for SRP
-Insurance verifications so you don't have to have uncomfortable discussions about finances with patients.
-Hygiene assistant that will help turn over rooms, chart and take X-rays.

Details of position

-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 7:45 am(huddle)- 5pm with 1 hour lunch
-$49/hour📈
-Quarterly bonus opportunity🎉
-401(K) 3% contribution😁
-Profit share🤝
-Yearly market adjustment🙌

Experience

Valid Dental Hygienist license with current state licensure requirements fulfilled.
