A look back at Myofascial & Injury Prevention Workshop at Peak Performance👏
This workshop was a great opportunity for intentional conversation around movement, recovery, and staying ahead of injuries.
We were able to dive into how myofascial work supports performance, why addressing small mobility restrictions matters, and simple ways athletes can take care of their bodies to stay consistent in training.
We’re grateful for those who continue to show up, learn, and invest in their performance.
