Last week, the entire CQuence team came together for our annual Ignite event to discuss the organizational strategy and our role in driving our mission to shape the future of healthcare.

Over two days, we celebrated milestone anniversaries, reflected on our progress in 2025 and aligned on what success looks like in 2026. A key theme throughout Ignite was embracing a “created future”. CEO Kyle Salem challenged us to hold two truths at once: the ego required to think boldly and the humility to recognize when we’re wrong and learn from it.

Ignite highlights the importance of team alignment is as we work to serve our portfolio. This same approach guides how we support our portfolio companies, ensuring they have the clarity to define their goals and the alignment to take the right next steps.
