I never tire to introducing bodies into new patterns of openness, ease, and fully rooting through their feet.

The Hellerwork journey is a process of experienceing your of body in a different and new awareness.

Awareness leads to the self-awakening journey to what is, to the stickiness and pain. It leads to feeling full foot on the ground, it leads to joy.

Awareness brings the possibility of choice. Awaremess is growth. 💫

At times the universe has a way of connecting me with right experiences and the right people. Following the nudge I planned a quick trip to visit a rolfer named Briah Anson in Minneapolis. 43 years of experience in working with all types of people and animals.

When I arrived to my session, she greeted me with the warmest smile and bright energy. I knew instantly this is where I am supposed to be in this moment.

I was fortunate to have a couple of sessions with her that consisted of connecting, listening, learning, feeling, and breathing. She carry’s such reverence for the series and the magic this work brings. Her love and passion connected me to the grandmother of this work, Ida Rolf more then I have been before.

I feel rooted and reminded in my bones (fascia) why I do the work I do. I’m excited to expanded and learn. I am so grateful! ❤️

Let's talk about pain in the body...

There is not a person on earth that is not affected my physical pain in their life. What if there is a way to work with pain, explore pain, and move away from pain.

When I work with clients often where they feel the pain is not the source of pain. It is daily habits that catch up with the body, along with other parts of the body like hips and should being shifted to adjust for the daily habits. Not to mention stress and emotions complied on top.

For actute pain restoration can go along way, what happens when it turns into chronic pain?

This is where the brain comes in and we start to explore what our body feels like in relaxed and fluid states. To help rewire, and feel your best. This is where the nervous system starts to reset.

Hellerwork addresses tensional patterns to release the structure to experience space and freedom in the body.
