If your hips or knees feel tight, achy, or “off” during class or later while sitting, sleeping, or moving through your day, you’re not alone. This workshop is for active women who love fitness and want to keep moving well for years to come.
What We’ll Cover:

✅ Quick movement assessments we use in the clinic
✅ Go-to exercises to help your hips and knees feel stronger and more supported
✅ How to know what pain is okay to train through—and what’s not
