February is cancer awareness month. Here are some important facts to know:

🩵 Women should start screenings for cervical cancer at age 25 and continue until at least age 65.

💗 Starting around age 40 women should consult with their doctor to determine when they should start getting mammograms to screen for breast cancer.

💙 The American Cancer Society recommends starting regular screening for colon cancer at age 45.

All women should consult with their provider about what screenings are right for them. Take charge of your health and schedule your screenings today.
