Technique Tuesday.
Starting today I’ll feature different techniques and manual therapies and approaches to care. Today I will outline some of what I do. Tomorrow we will talk about Why!
Techniques employed:
- Motion Palpation… joint assessment
-Manipulation… based off the palpations above
-Soft tissue assessment and palpation
- Myofascial and muscle release based off the findings above
-DNS rehab
-Dry Needle
-Cold laser
…..
-Bad Dad jokes

All of which are therapeutic!

I’m back in the office this week! It was a great opportunity to be a part of the AAU Scholastic Duals in Florida but it always good to be back here… where I belong. The Nebraska Marvels finished 8th and Jordyn was an All-American with her 7-3 record. Thank you to everyone who followed her.
