Counseling Connections & Associates

Counseling Connections & Associates We are a group mental health practice specializing in therapy and medication management services. At CCA, we strive to be Omaha’s #1 Counseling Practice.

Counseling Connections & Associates (CCA) is a group of independently contracted clinicians offering outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Our multidisciplinary team offers counseling, psychotherapy, chemical dependency evaluations, addiction treatment, and medication management services. We have extensive experience in treating many different mental health conditions including, but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder/Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Relationship Issues, Insomnia, and Chronic Pain Issues. We accept all major insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and self-pay. We believe that openness, practicality, and a sense of humor are cornerstones of successful therapy. Because CCA offers psychiatric and psychological treatment under one roof, we are able to accommodate a wide range of treatment options.

Conversations about mental health are front and center. Let’s keep the dialogue going and work to normalize these discussions.

Due to the new coronavirus, systemic racism, and many other factors, we're basically all struggling with mental health right now. So let's normalize it.

There is a lot uncertainty in our world right now. And with uncertainty, comes fear, stress, and overwhelm.

At Counseling Connections & Associates, we understand how easy it is to become buried under the stress of our current situation. That’s why we want everybody seeking therapy to know that they can still get the help they need while maintaining social distancing protocols.

Advances in technology have allowed us to offer consumers a modern approach to taking care of their emotional and mental health needs. Through Telemental health, you can safely connect with our therapists and nurse practitioners online, through secure video or by phone.

And guess what? Research shows online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. Meaning you can get the same great benefits of therapy from the comfort of your own home or office.

That’s where Counseling Connections & Associates (CCA) comes in:

CCA is a multi-disciplinary mental health practice offering counseling, EMDR, and medication management services. Our specialized providers are highly trained to meet the unique needs of the people in our communities.

Let us help you navigate this current public health crisis. So you can come out stronger on the other side. 💙
