Our History

Via Christi Assisted Living Community opened in October of 2005 after a group of Omaha investors wanted to provide housing services for seniors in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods, ‘The Gold Coast district’. We are in the former Foxley building, which was built in 1962 as a part of the Duchesene College. This 41,150 square foot, four story building was completely renovated into assisted living and memory care apartments. We are proud to be nestled in the historic Saint Cecilia Cathedral neighborhood. Via Christe is an assisted living/memory care community like no other.
