Three Titans on assignment together!!

Ashley, Shawn, and Lauren are all LPN travelers working in Jackson, TN and they all travel with Titan (and with their recruiter, Paula!)
One of the coolest parts about traveling is the friendships that come from it and the people you meet from all over. Showing up to an assignment and seeing fellow Titan Travelers on the same team makes the experience even better!

It’s Meet the Team Monday! Say hi to Megan!

Megan is one of those people who makes the whole office better just by being in it. She’s always helpful, kind to everyone, and brings such a positive attitude to the floor every single day. Her travelers know they can count on her, and her teammates do too.

She’s also always down to jump in and have fun around the office — from Field Day to the pumpkin pie eating contest. If something’s going on, Megan is usually right in the middle of it! She’s truly your go-to girl and someone everyone enjoys being around!

We can’t believe it’s already been three years with Megan at Titan. Time really does fly when you’re having fun. We’re so lucky to work with her and have her on Team Titan. 💛

Our corporate Trainer Riley and Nursing Client Manager “McD”enjoyed a Husker basketball game together last week🌽🏀

Kristal shared this about working with Mason, and it says more than we ever could. Being responsive, respectful, and steady matters; especially in travel healthcare where things move fast and details matter!!
Mason shows up for his travelers, keeps communication clear, and brings a positive energy that makes working together feel easy. Around the office, he’s the same way! He's upbeat, driven, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way.

Lauren is truly one of the sweetest people! She’s calm, genuine, and the kind of recruiter who actually listens. Her travelers love her because she shows up for them, stays consistent, and builds real relationships, not just quick placements.

She cares about getting it right and making sure her people feel supported the whole way through!

Travel healthcare can move quickly, and having someone who answers the phone, follows up, and genuinely cares makes a difference! Nick brings that steady, positive energy to every traveler he works with.

He’s kind. He’s consistent. And he always has his travelers’ backs.

Corpus Christi looks good on you, Gene ☀️

Meet Gene! He’s an X-Ray Tech currently on assignment with us in Corpus Christi, TX. He’s been traveling since 2011 and has 18 years of experience in X-Ray. (Safe to say he knows his stuff.)

Gene completed his first contract with Titan in 2020, and we’re grateful he’s part of the Titan family!
When he’s not caring for patients, you’ll find him fishing, reading, working out, or spending time with the friends he’s made throughout his years on the road!

Due to the winter snow storm, Titan offices are closed today ❄️

But don’t worry, we’re still here! Our team is working remotely and fully available to support our travelers and partners.
The safety of our Titans always comes first, and we want everyone to stay safe and off the roads during the storm!!

We just want to clear something up!
Travel pay isn't random and it's definitely not based on "how much your recruiter likes you."
There are real factors that build your weekly rate: bill rate, location, demand, speciality, time of year, etc.

That's the reality of how the market works. The more you understand your pay package, the more confident you'll feel negotiating and choosing assignments!
If you're a traveler and want more straight-up and honest answers, you may have just found the right agency!

Hitting 2,080 hours is no small milestone.

That’s contract after contract. New teams, new facilities, new cities, and still choosing to show up and keep going! It takes adaptability, professionalism, and a lot of trust to build that kind of consistency in travel healthcare.

Melissa A. is in Gallup, New Mexico for the Red Rock Balloon Rally… and she somehow ended up getting picked up like a hitchhiker by one of the balloon teams!🎈

Yes. Actually.
She was hanging out on the side of a mountain taking photos… and next thing you know, she’s in the air!! Just a casual little once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This is what we mean when we say travel healthcare is more than just a contract. It’s random moments, unexpected adventures, and stories you’ll tell forever.
