The use of Tibetan Singing Bowls for the balancing of chakras 101. ☯️

It was a honor to facilitate this educational course where we broke down;
• What Tibetan Singing Bowls are & there benefits.
•What Chakras are, where they’re located, what the emotional/physical symptoms of them when being affected are, & what the notes that correspond with the energy points are.
•As well as, underwent a Tibetan Singing Bowl Chakra tuning process / Sound bath.

Sometimes we do things without a deeper understanding as to what we are doing and why we are doing them.

has been practicing Meditation for the last 30 years and has experience of leading meditation groups for the past 5 years. Her meditation style is influenced by Buddhist tradition and by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Gregg Braden.

She sees meditation as an exercise for the mind, which not only sharpens our intellect but improves our physical well-being, as well as helping us move closer to the divine.

The meditation she will be leading is titled Eagle’s Flight. She will lead the group through an exercise for inducing a meditative state followed by a guided meditation.
