Victory Riding Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation founded in 2010 and achieved non-profit status in June of 2012. In addition, VRA was accepted and registered as a Horses4Heroes Gold Star riding facility in October of 2012. Victory Riding Academy’s mission is: Improving the quality of life of our students with equine-facilitated activities. To help the students Persevere (maintain a pur

pose in spite of difficulty, obstacles or discouragement); Overcome (succeed in dealing with a problem or difficulty); and Conquer (to gain a victory over) any of life’s challenges. Our program is offered to members of the military, veterans, police, fire, first responders and their families. Whether it’s defending our country, our city or helping individuals in crisis, the men and women who perform these services and their families are often the ones who need help in the aftermath of executing their duties. Equine assisted therapy is a successful avenue of healing in many ways. A horse by virtue of being a herd animal is tuned into emotions and body language. This is profoundly helpful for those who cannot or do not wish to participate in verbal therapies. It is clinically proven that being around horses can change human brainwave patterns in a positive direction. In addition, the movement pattern of a horse’s gait on a human rider is rhythmic and repetitive which can improve stability and equilibrium.

Give your child a fun and confidence-building introduction to the world of horses in a safe, hands-on environment! This interactive camp teaches kids how to properly care for and handle horses, covering grooming, leading, feeding, tack care, and understanding horse behavior, while building responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills through real barn experiences.

With engaging demonstrations and guided hands-on activities, participants will gain confidence around horses and develop lifelong skills, all without riding, making it perfect for beginners.

Ages 12–14: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM🐴

It’s rodeo time! 🤠🔥 Join us this Friday and Saturday for the Blue Rose PRCA Charity Rodeo—an exciting weekend packed with action, community, and a powerful purpose.
This incredible event goes beyond the arena by supporting local charities and making a meaningful difference right here at home. ❤️

The Blue Rose PRCA Charity Rodeo will also be supporting the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s RiteCare Clinics with the 2026 rodeo. They provide state-of-the-art individual and group speech, language and communication interventions to children without regard for the family’s ability to pay. RiteCare Clinics offer traditional speech and language therapy, social communication groups, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) preschool, pediatric feeding, swallowing services, parent training programs to teach caregivers to support speech, and language and communication development in the home.
Pediatric speech and language therapy is provided at RiteCare Clinics in Omaha, Lincoln, and Hastings.

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend! 🤠🔥 The Blue Rose PRCA Charity Rodeo is happening this Friday and Saturday, and it’s more than just an amazing rodeo, it’s an event that gives back to our community in a big way.

Every year, Blue Rose supports incredible local charities, making a real impact right here in Nebraska. ❤️
With the upcoming 2026 rodeo, the Blue Rose PRCA Charity Rodeo will be supporting the 50 Mile March. Their foundation empowers Veterans facing mental health challenges and homelessness by fostering a community of hope and relentless support. The 50 Mile March is a 50 mile ruck march from Lincoln, Nebraska to Omaha, Nebraska to raise awareness and funds to support our community’s Veterans.

Participants train, fundraise, and build community in preparation of 22 hours and over 120,000 steps each August. Their sixth mission, Operation Home Base, was held August 23-24, 2025 bringing 166 marchers and over 100 volunteers together.

Come out for the action, stay for the purpose, and help support causes that truly matter. See you at the rodeo! 🎉🐎
