Vitality Health Center is a chiropractic office located in West Omaha. Why Vitality is Different . . . It's about the symptom AND the solution.

Often times you will come across chiropractors who describe medical solutions as simply "treating the symptom". The symptom (whether it is back pain, knee pain, or any other type of joint pain) is the biomechanical situation that causes a patient to seek treatment. Treating the symptom is only half the work. The other half is the chiropractic solution. The chiropractic solution is the real reason our patients come and see us and often times, it's significantly less obvious or easy to diagnose. The solution could be the simple act of being able to turn one's head, kneel down to play with a child or to run a marathon pain free. The solution is the thing that we solve for. It's the human part of the equation that has nothing to do with biomechanics. We precisely restore the natural balance of our patient's body so it can function as it was meant to and in doing that we treat all things necessary to help you reclaim the slice of life that is most important to our patients.

In October I was asked to be part of a group of business for our local neighborhood schools. We found out that at one school, Millard North Middle, there are over 70 kids that are considered ‘food insecure’. This means when they go home on the weekends they do not know when they are able to eat next. Within Reach has partnered with us and we are making backpack bags that each kid can swing by and pick up for the weekends. These are some of the most needed items. In the spirit of Thanksgiving this month I will be a drop off point for donations. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation I will gladly help get it to the school for you. Help me fill their pantry at the school and feel free to drop off any items below at our office. This is a great way to help local kids in our neighborhood.

Hi everyone 👋 It’s been a while since I have introduced myself so here it goes . . .

I am a chiropractor that specializes in soft tissue and biomechanics but my true passion is treating children and pregnant patients. However, I treat patients of all ages, from just days old to coming in on your 92 Birthday 🎂

1️⃣1️⃣ I have been helping people move easier, feel better and live healthier lifestyles for 11 years in my own practice. I have been working in chiropractic offices, in general, for the last 20 years.

🚤 I am married to Matt and our favorite thing to do is spend time boating at Lake of the Ozarks. When you see me off any day during the summer, just assume we are on the water enjoying the sunshine and waves.

🐾 We share our home with our fur-baby Archer. He is a Pitt & Rottweiler mix we adopted when he was 12 weeks old. He is now a 75 pound lap dog with so many cuddles and sloppy kisses to give.

👜 Vitality Health Center is not the first business I opened. In high school I started my own business making purses out of recycled things, like chip bags and candy wrappers ♻️

📚I love reading and audiobooks. I have opened up my genres lately and read just about anything. If you ask me for a book recommendation lately it’s Remarkably Bright Creatures 🐙 OR The Measure 🎀

🪡 My guilty pleasure is needlepoint. I cannot watch tv on the couch without falling asleep so I have to keep busy and cross stitch is my crutch.

I am a completely open book when it comes to my friends and patients. Ask me anything and I will let you know my feelings about it with minimal filters. That can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. I can’t really hide my facial expressions so people usually know what I’m thinking before I say anything 🫣

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Baby Emily. Many people know my nieces story. She brought so much joy and happiness to so many people and was so strong during her short time. 🫧 Bubbles up Sweet Emily, until we meet again ❤️
