✅ Fact: PT can prevent injuries, improve mobility, and enhance performance before pain even starts.
2)❌ Myth: Rest is the best treatment for pain.
✅ Fact: Too much rest can actually delay recovery. The right movement promotes healing and reduces stiffness.
3)❌ Myth: You need a referral to see a PT.
✅ Fact: In many states, you can see a PT directly.
