“I’m finally almost pain free… I think I can cut back now.”

When this 27-year-old first walked into our office, his main concern was lower right back pain.

Like many young adults, he assumed it was just part of life—long days, sitting more, working hard, staying active, and pushing through discomfort.

Right hip pain that came and went.
A shoulder that popped and ached.
