We started listening to symptoms and seeking to understand why they are happening and what our bodies are trying to tell us?

Instead of ignoring them, we can learn what caused them, the root cause. This way, we won't delay healing and allow our symptoms to snowball into something worse.

Symptoms may begin as whispers. But if ignored they will increase gradually in volume and work harder and louder to get our attention.
