“Text neck” is a modern term used to describe neck pain and posture problems that come from looking down at your phone or other devices for long periods of time.
When you tilt your head forward to check your screen, it puts extra strain on your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Over time, that can lead to:
*Stiffness and soreness
*Headaches
*Shoulder or upper-back tension
💡 Simple fix: Keep your screen at eye level, take frequent stretch breaks, and strengthen your neck and upper back muscles.
Small changes make a big difference. Keep your head up: your spine will thank you!
