💙 Client Spotlight: The Schupp Family 💙

In October 2025, the Schupp family was referred to Patron Senior Living by Charles Drew Health Center while searching for reliable in-home care services.

After being denied for the Home & Community-Based (HCBS) Waiver Program through Medicaid, they felt discouraged — but we stepped in to advocate on their behalf. Within just one week, their waiver was approved! 🙌✨

Our support didn’t stop there. Here’s how we assisted the Schupp family:

✅ Represented them for Medicaid HCBS Waiver approval
✅ Helped secure a wheelchair and incontinence equipment through HELP, a local Omaha nonprofit ♿
✅ Assisted with essential furniture through The Furniture Project, a local nonprofit in Omaha 🛋️
✅ Coordinated safe delivery and setup for their home 🤝
