Life Cycle Nutrition is a team of registered dietitians who provide life changing, individualized nutrition coaching that promotes mental and physical wellness. Our dietitians have a wide range of specialties including the treatment of pediatrics and eating disorders. We offer individual and group sessions both in-person and virtually and accept all forms of insurance. Our providers are licensed to provide nutrition therapy in Nebraska, Iowa, Florida, Michigan, Colorado, California, Arizona and Virginia. Additionally, Life Cycle Nutrition is the founder of a family based nutrition program called Families Feeding Recovery which is based on the Family Based Treatment model and provides parents/caregivers with essential nutrition information and tools to help them lead their child to recovery. Differences aren't always celebrated. When someone doesn't fit the norm they are often stigmatized for being different (even through it's normal for everyone to have differences). When it comes to weight, the mold promoted by diet culture is actually far from the norm. Having a larger body is stigmatized as unhealthy even though there is not a direct relationship between the two, while dieting has proven to have a negative impact on health. Let's work on celebrating ALL of our differences.
