Happy OT Month Staff Shoutout! 🎉

To round out OT month, we’re celebrating Miranda Skarupa, OTD, OTR/L! Miranda joined Key Complete Therapy in May of 2024 and is PAMS certified, bringing a wealth of knowledge and versatility to our team. She works across a diverse caseload and truly enjoys treating clients across the entire lifespan, but if she had to choose a favorite, pediatrics holds a special place in her heart!

Miranda has a passion for emotional and sensory regulation, with a strong interest in mental health. She takes a sensory-based, client-led approach to therapy, creating sessions that are engaging, supportive, and meaningful. By following each client’s interests and incorporating sensory input, she helps build regulation, participation, and functional skills in a way that feels natural and motivating.

Outside of work, Miranda loves spending time with her family, especially her two nephews, who mean the world to her! She and her husband enjoy completing puzzles together, and her dogs Ralphie and Toby keep her busy! You can also find her unwinding with game shows or a good rom-com!

We are so lucky to have Miranda on our team! Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does!

🌟 OT Spotlight: Meet Mackenzie Elliott, OTD, OTR/L!

We’re excited to highlight Mackenzie, who joined the Key Complete Therapy team in September 2025!

Mackenzie is LSVT BIG certified and also holds certification in Physical Agent Modalities, bringing a diverse and skilled approach to her treatments. She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan with a special passion for neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, and manual therapy.

✨ Mackenzie loves helping patients build functional skills while making therapy engaging, meaningful, and tailored to their unique needs.

💛 Fun Facts: Outside of the clinic, Mackenzie enjoys traveling, reading a good book, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, Leo & Kona 🐾

🌟 OT Spotlight: Meet Cami Brandt, OTD, OTR/L! 🌟

We’re so excited to highlight Cami, who joined the Key Complete Therapy team in October 2025!

Cami has a passion for working with the pediatric population and brings special interests in feeding, pelvic floor, prenatal, perinatal, postnatal care, and lactation/breastfeeding. She loves helping children thrive by identifying the sensory supports they need to feel regulated, comfortable, and successful.

She is especially skilled at creating the “just-right” challenge. Making sure activities are not too easy or too difficult, but just enough to build skills while supporting success and confidence.

We had such a great time at the bowling tournament this weekend! 🎳 It was incredible to be part of such a fun, meaningful event and to support an amazing cause.

🌟 OT Spotlight: Meet Jaylen Hoffschneider, MOT, OTR/L! 🌟

We’re excited to highlight Jaylen, who joined the Key Complete Therapy team in October 2025!

Jaylen is Physical Agent Modality certified and has a goal of becoming SOS Feeding Certified—continuing to grow her skills to better serve her patients. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population, especially in areas like mental health, feeding therapy, emotional regulation, early intervention, and vision. Jaylen loves using a sensory-based approach to create fun, meaningful, and effective therapy experiences for every child she works with.

✨Fun Fact: When she’s not in the clinic, Jaylen is also a wedding photographer! She enjoys photography, going on walks with her husband and friends, cooking, and trying out new restaurants.

👩‍⚕️ Staff Spotlight: Justine, OTD, OTR/L – OT Team Lead

Justine has been a valued member of the Key Complete Therapy team since January 2022 and serves as our OT Team Lead. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population, with a special interest in feeding therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Justine loves spending time outdoors with her family, whether she’s gardening or taking her dog for a walk. She’s also a big Creighton Bluejays fan and enjoys getting lost in a good book! 📚💙
