After an incredible 5 years serving our community, Dr. AJ Moody will be transitioning out of Awaken Chiropractic to begin an exciting new chapter—starting his own practice in Clearwater, Florida.

We are so grateful for the care, passion, and energy Dr. AJ has poured into this office and into each and every practice member he’s served. His impact here has been lasting, and we know many of you have been touched by his work.

While we will miss him, we are also excited for what lies ahead for him and fully support this next step in his journey.

We want to reassure all of you that you are in excellent hands with Dr. Gabriel Long, who will continue to lead and deliver the high level of care you’ve come to expect at Awaken. Our mission and commitment to your health remain stronger than ever.
