The Center for Holistic Development is seeking a Family Violence Prevention Coach to join our prevention team. This position supports individuals and families impacted by family and intimate partner violence through structured, skill-based, survivor-centered coaching.

What this role focuses on:
• Safety planning that is practical and personalized
• Goal setting that builds confidence and stability
• Life skills that strengthen long-term independence
• Relationship-based support grounded in accountability and dignity

What you can expect:
• Starting salary at $41,600, depending on experience

Phoenix Circle is more than an event. It is a pause. A reset. A reminder that you are not walking this journey alone.

Our free monthly gathering is created for survivors of family and intimate partner violence who want space to reflect, reconnect, and strengthen the parts of themselves that never disappeared.

This month, we are honored to welcome Bri Parker, domestic violence survivor, 7 time National Champion, Team USA professional boxer, and founder of Brittany’s Balance. Her story is one of discipline, resilience, and choosing healing with intention.

Bri will share what it means to rebuild power from the inside out and how strength can live in both vulnerability and determination.
