We will be providing health screenings and health information around being and maintaining heart health for our community.

This event is free to the public. No appointments needed. Light refreshments will be provided.

We are in need of someone greet incoming patients, input patient data in the electronic health record, and fielding incoming calls to the NOAH Clinic.

We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 12p noon - 5p

After speaking with Mr. Combs Family, they would love for all community members to come to both the wake and/or funeral. They encourage community members to express their love for Mr. Combs and to see the reach and impact that Mr. Combs has had in this community!

The funeral services for our beloved founder, Mr. Ira Combs, are as follows:

Wake: Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 5pm - 7pm
Funeral: Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 11am
Location: All services will be held at Roeder Mortuary - 4932 Ames Ave., Omaha, NE

The family has requested that those community members who would like to pay respects to Mr. Combs to please attend the wake on Tuesday evening and/or the funeral on Wednesday. All are invited to all services regarding Mr. Combs.

It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that our beloved Founder of the North Omaha Area Health (NOAH) Clinic, Mr. Ira Combs, passed away in his home on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Mr. Combs leaves a legacy of being a trailblazer in the healthcare community and North Omaha community. His vision for having a place where residents have a healthcare home, regardless of one's ability to pay, is why we exist. NOAH is his life's work.

We will inform the community about his home-going celebration as we receive more information.

Please send your condolences and prayers to his family, close friends, and peers.

His legacy lives on through our work and dedication to the community.
