HS pitcher came in with bicep pain going into season.

Testing revealed an internal rotation deficit in his throwing shoulder:
❌128N (15% BW)

Knowing he was headed into season and his shoulder workload was already going to be elevated, we had to be careful adding too much to his routine.

We modified his warmup, gave him some pain management/recovery techniques, and started a progressive strengthening program.

End of season:
✅ Little to no pain while pitching.
✅ Internal rotation peak force (strength):
❌128N (15% BW) -> ✅ 212N (25%BW)
✅ Rate of Force Development (power): ⬆️ 26%!

Incredible results from an athlete who committed to the process and PUT IN THE WORK!
