Work Update
Today I worked with a client experiencing shoulder impingement syndrome, with pain when raising the arm.
After assessment, I identified limited upward rotation of the scapula as a key contributing factor. The session focused on releasing tension in the levator scapulae and trapezius muscles to improve shoulder mobility.
After treatment, the client reported noticeable pain relief and was able to lift the arm with less discomfort.
I also recommended specific corrective exercises to continue improving shoulder function and support long-term recovery.
