🎃 Pumpkin Painting Fun! 🎨

Last week, our residents at Country House Omaha got into the fall spirit with wonderful pumpkin painting activity’s ! 🍂✨
It was such a joy to see everyone’s creativity shine — from bright colors to festive designs, each pumpkin activity was a true masterpiece. Most of all, it was a great time spent together sharing laughter, stories, and smiles. ❤️

We joined Brookestone Village today for their annual Trunk-or-Treat. We had a “boo”tiful time handing out candy. Seeing all the children, families, and residents light up as we handed out rubber ducks to go along with our theme was the real treat!

👩‍🍳 Baking Up Fun at CountryHouse Omaha! 👨‍🍳
Today was one of those sweet, joy-filled days at CountryHouse Omaha — we spent the afternoon baking with our amazing residents, and wow... do we have some talented bakers in the house! 😍👏
From mixing to pouring, there were smiles all around — and more than a few taste tests (strictly for quality control, of course 😉). Some residents really showed off their baking skills, and we may have a few secret pastry chefs living among us!
These moments remind us how much joy simple activities can bring. ❤️

🎃👻 A big thank you to Peaceful Hearts Hospice for spending time with us at CountryHouse Omaha and bringing such a sweet activity to our day – decorating spooky sugar cookies! 🍪🧡
Our residents had a blast getting creative (and enjoying a treat or two 😋). Special thanks to our amazing Executive Director, Trisha, for jumping in and joining the fun. We love seeing our team and community partners come together to make October extra festive! 🎃✨

We were so grateful to have learned all about Medicare changes and differences in plans thanks to Jinnifer James! 🤩 Plus, the culinary staff here at Countryhouse totally nailed it with chili and cinnamon rolls! It was the perfect comfort food on a day like yesterday. 😋 Such a great way to spend a few hours, learning and eating delicious food.

Spent the day learning, sharing and growing at the Lewy Body Dementia Conference presented by Nebraska Medicine. This disease is so close to my heart and I was honored to be apart of it today.
