What a truly special kickoff event! 🎣💙

We are so grateful to Live Well Go Fish for welcoming our Heritage Communities residents for a day of boating and fishing.

For many, this wasn’t just a fun outing, it was a chance to reconnect with something they’ve loved for years. Being out on the water again brought back so many cherished memories.

The joy of doing what you love doesn’t fade, it just needs the right opportunity to shine again. Our residents had an incredible time, and we are so thankful to help make experiences like this possible.

We can’t wait to be back. 🐟💙

We had the absolute joy of welcoming a wonderful group of kids who put on a special talent show just for our residents. From creative performances to heartfelt moments, they truly brightened everyone’s day.

These amazing kids also spent time chatting with residents and sharing handmade pictures, creating meaningful connections across generations. 💛

Thank you to this incredible group for bringing so much joy into our home!

- Start a small container garden on a porch or patio
- Share a favorite nature memory over a cup of coffee
- Take a walk and collect interesting leaves, flowers, or rocks
- Donate gently used items together to reduce waste
- Bird watch from a window or outdoor chair

Today, our residents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon potting plants, choosing their favorites, sharing stories, and bringing a little extra life into our community. It’s amazing how something as simple as planting can spark joy, creativity, and connection.
