✨🖍️ Chalk to Start the Talk 🖍️✨

This week, our team joined the Chalk to Start the Talk initiative in honor of Su***de Prevention Week (September 7–13).

We filled the sidewalks at each of our office locations with messages of hope, encouragement, and support because every conversation matters, and every life matters. By writing these words in chalk, we’re helping break the silence and remind our community that you are not alone. 💙

Let’s keep starting the talk, checking in on one another, and spreading light wherever we go. 🌟

On ***dePreventionDay (Sept. 10), join NAMI and CEO Dan Gillison for a national moment of silence at 1pm ET.

Together, we’ll honor lives lost to su***de, support those who are struggling, and remind each other that hope and connection are always possible.

💚 You are not alone.

🕊️ Su***de Prevention Week | September 7–13 🕊️

Su***de is a leading cause of death, yet it is often surrounded by silence and stigma. Su***de Awareness matters because when we talk openly about mental health, we create space for hope, connection, and healing. 💜🩵💚

This week is a reminder to:
✨ Check in on your loved ones.
✨ Listen without judgment.
✨ Share resources and support.
✨ Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Together, we can remind one another: you are not alone, your life matters, and your story is still being written.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available:
📞 Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

We are here to remind you that your worth is not measured by how much you get done in a day. Some days are full of checkmarks and accomplishments. Other days, simply getting out of bed is enough.

✨ Productivity does not define you.
✨ Rest is just as valuable as action.
✨ You are worthy, simply because you exist.

Take a breath. Be kind to yourself today. You’re doing better than you think. 💚

🌞 5 Summer-Inspired Tips to Boost Your Mental Health 🌞

1. Get Outside & Move Your Body
Take advantage of the longer days! A walk at the park, a bike ride, or even gardening can reduce stress and boost your mood.

2. Soak Up the Sunshine (Safely!)
Vitamin D from sunlight helps improve mood and energy. Aim for 10–15 minutes a day, and don’t forget sunscreen! ☀️

3. Unplug for a Bit
Try a digital detox—even just one hour a day. Swap screen time for a summer book, journaling, or just listening to nature.

4. Stay Hydrated & Nourished
Warm weather can drain your energy. Keep water with you, enjoy fresh summer fruits, and fuel your body with what makes you feel good. 🍉💧

5. Make Time for Joy
Plan small things to look forward to: a picnic, stargazing, a weekend road trip, or simply catching fireflies. Joy is a form of self-care!

Your mental health doesn’t take a summer break—and neither do we.
🌼 We’re here for you if you need extra support this season.
