This Mother & Daughter Mini-Retreat is a fun, feel-good space to unplug, get creative, and enjoy time together…while building a deeper connection that lasts way beyond just one day. Create vision boards, Mala Bracelets, Heart-Centered Activities, Snacks and a concluding Sound Bath. Give the gift of you and her, together.

Together, you’ll:

✂️CREATE VISION BOARDS side by side, taking time to reflect on your dreams, hopes, and desires for the future. You’ll be guided to not only create your own vision, but to gently share it with one another. This opens space for understanding, support, and encouragement as you witness each other’s inner worlds and begin to call in a positive, aligned future.

📿CREATE MALA BRACELETS using a variety of crystal beads…such as rose quartz, amethyst, tiger’s eye, and more. You’ll be guided with a reference to the meanings and metaphysical properties of each crystal, along with an activity to deepen the experience. As you choose your stones, the process naturally unfolds into a meaningful way to better understand one another, with each crystal telling part of a shared story that connects you both.

🍰Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

We will close this beautiful experience with a deeply soothing Sound Healing Meditation, allowing you both to relax, integrate, and simply be together.

🪷This class begins with a gentle, mindful yoga flow designed to relax the body and settle the nervous system. Moving slowly through supportive poses helps release tension, open the body through energetic pathways, and create a sense of ease, preparing you to fully receive the healing benefits of sound.

🧘The 45 min gentle flow is accessible and supportive, while inviting ease. Each posture helps unwind stored stress so that when the body comes to rest, it is more open to the deeper layers of healing.

🤍After the movement, you’ll settle into stillness for a 30 minute sound bath meditation. As you rest in savasana, healing vibrations wash over you, allowing the work done in the yoga practice to integrate on a cellular level. Sound moves where words cannot, supporting balance, release, and deep restoration.

🕯️Step into a sacred space of stillness, remembrance, and inner illumination. Behold the Light is a deeply intentional sound bath designed to guide you back to the light that already lives within you…the steady, radiant presence beneath the noise of everyday life.

🕯️We will begin with a gentle and short candle gazing practice meditation technique where you softly focus your eyes on a candle flame. This simple yet powerful exercise helps quiet the mind, strengthen concentration, and open your awareness. As you gaze into the flame, you may begin to notice a sense of calm, clarity, and connection awakening within you…it’s like a mirror reflecting your own inner light.

From this space, you will be guided into a beautiful Sound Bath Journey to anchor more deeply into your own inner radiance.

💫This PreParty is a place to kinect with the commUnity before the fest and experience some of the things that make ReKinection events so special!

The day will start out with Yoga by Kendall Lanning, DJ’d by MRLYN. Followed by a Sound Bath with Lindsey Hylen. (Limited Spaces)
And spoken word from Soul Piece & SunChild prior to the Dj’s SKAPA, Sploinka, RAWLZ, RÜGER, DARKWOOD x Callisto, & NCITE.
