It’s Mental Health Awareness Month!

Our mission is to give adults and children the tools to practice self-regulation, emotional wellness, and mindfulness through movement, relaxation, and creative activities.

To support this work, we created , a nonprofit offering free wellness classes for kids in Omaha, NE.

🧘🏾Join us October 24, 7–8 PM for an in-person Yoga + Sound Bath. All proceeds go directly to Fern Foundation to continue providing these programs.
