Yoga and mindfulness are like offering a healthy lunch.

🌈 We do our best to include them in everyday life. We model them and we stay patient.

Sometimes kids are interested, sometimes they resist. 👉Both are part of learning.

Through yoga and mindfulness, children develop body awareness, regulation skills, and emotional awareness.

🌿 When we keep practicing ourselves, we show them that these tools are always available.

🧘🏾 The mindfulness pillar of “Patience” supports this approach and helps us meet our kids where they are at.

In a world where kids are often overstimulated, these sessions offer a space to slow down, move their bodies, and practice regulation skills.

🌿This Spring’s free community event for kids ages 5–12, at local Omaha parks is:

🧘🏾 Homeschool Wellness + Mindfulness

The class meets Fridays at 10 AM, March 6-May 27
This is for homeschool kids and kids who are available.

The sessions combine movement, agility, running games, yoga, and relaxation practices to help children build body awareness and emotional regulation skills.

🌿 Join us for Kids and Family Yoga and mindfulness focused on relaxation and regulation practices.

✔️ Kids classes: Designed for children ages 5–12, with younger siblings welcome.

This is an accessible community offering. Donations are accepted to support continued programming.

✔️ Family Yoga classes: First class starts March 11th register in advnace.

✔️ For caregivers who need their own space, an online adult class is also available.
