Yoga and mindfulness are like offering a healthy lunch.
🌈 We do our best to include them in everyday life. We model them and we stay patient.
Sometimes kids are interested, sometimes they resist. 👉Both are part of learning.
Through yoga and mindfulness, children develop body awareness, regulation skills, and emotional awareness.
🌿 When we keep practicing ourselves, we show them that these tools are always available.
🧘🏾 The mindfulness pillar of “Patience” supports this approach and helps us meet our kids where they are at.
