We envision our franchise owners to be leaders in an overall central vision — providing compassionate care by passionate professionals who advocate for the health and wellness of a growing senior population. That is why A Place At Home franchises will only be awarded to those who practice and commit to our “We are CARE” philosophy: Compassionate, Accountable, Respectful and Ethical. Our franchisees are those that are looking to own a franchise that can make an impact on people’s lives everyday. These owners might have had experience in the senior care field, been impacted by a senior, desire to be part of movement to provide a higher level of senior care, or someone looking for a career change that desires the independence of owning and managing their own franchise. Whatever the background, the A Place At Home franchise is a model that has been developed through experience. There’s no need to start a company from the ground up when owning a franchise enables you to realize the objective of owning your own business.
