Faith, Health & Wanderlust My journey has sure changed since I first started this page! I have learned that health truly is wealth! There's so much to learn. It is never ending.

I help motivate people to maintain or regain their health, with a focus on faith 🙏🏼and natural methods 🌿 all topped with a lot of cruising 🚢 & wanderlust ! 🌏✈️ Molecular Hydrogen Water Specialist 💦 I also get PAID to travel and so can you!! 🙌🏼🤩 After dealing with Covid 7 times, "long Covid," multiple strokes, getting diagnosed with a brain disease, yada yada, I was forced to quit my "high stress"

Executive Recruiting career at 52. Since then, I have been on a quest to "fix"/reset my immune system, which included becoming Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Naturopathic Health Coach, to learn new ways to achieve my goal. If one ever thinks they "know it all," they've learned nothing yet. It's a lifelong journey for us all spiritually, to grow closer and closer to our Creator....as well as to maintain (or RE-GAIN for some of us) health and wellness. This page is where I will share things I've learned, and products that have made a positive difference in my health. I have a few amazing testimonials as well on how God/Yah answered prayers to point me to which natural remedy would work to cure certain bad autoimmune diseases. Still blows my mind how it happened! He is so amazing....leaves me in awe regularly. Praise Jesus/Yeshua for His sacrifice for allowing me to have such an awesome relationship with my Creator. That being said, those events also led me to study Chinese Herbal Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine (India), both of which further blew my mind. Thousands of years of use and science backed research is just wild. There is a place for "modern medicine," but just not as often as most of us use/used it. Synthetic meds often cause a multitude of other problems they will have yet another med to fix. Don't get me wrong, I realize that some people would not be alive without them, so there are certainly times when they are necessary. My goal is to find the ROOT of the problem and work on correcting that, for true health, rather than putting a band-aid on it to just make me think I'm healthy for a while. If you agree with that philosophy this is the page for you. NOTE: I am not telling anyone, ever, to quit their current meds. That can be dangerous and is a conversation I'd advise you having with two types of Doctors....one modern medicine MD and one that's also educated in Functional Medicine. You can then make decisions based off of their insights. This page offers knowledge and hope, not instructions on what to do or not to do. That always depends on the individual and their particular health issues. It's called Faith, Health, and Wanderlust because I am obsessed with my faith, health, and traveling!! Remember, you control your attitude, so do it, and make it a positive, faith filled one!! This world will try to mold you — and sometimes even break you down. But here’s the truth: we always have a CHOICE in how we respond to what life throws at us. 💥 You might not FEEL like you do, but ya do.
📚 Read The Heavenly Man if you haven’t (about a Chinese man that literally defines what unshakeable faith looks like). It’ll make even the most faith-filled person realize there’s a whole notha’ level to hit. Blew my mind. 🤯

Anyway… it’s SO important to crush any negative or harmful thinking — anything that doesn’t come from a place of peace and love is not from Him. ⚠️
Don’t let the enemy stay in your head! 🚫
Trust me… there are days I have to rein in my own thoughts and ask myself:
“Is this how He would want me to think? No way!”
Then I choose to replace those thoughts with truth — with peace, with love, with what I know aligns with His heart. 💛

When we SURRENDER our patterns and reactions to Him, God begins to renew us from the inside out. 🙌🏼
And then we start to walk in His will — which is always the best choice for us. ✅💯

Don’t conform to what you think this world, or that mean girl/boy, etc. says about you!! 🚫
And get out of your own head with the negative feelings too! “I feel fat, I feel ugly, I feel like this body part needs changed, yada yada!” Your FEELINGS do not matter if they don’t align with what He says about you. If the answer to “Would God agree with that?” 🤔 is NO, then crush that thought in the name of Jesus. ✝️ You have a CHOICE whose side to align with. Pick the right one.
Be transformed.
Let Him renew your mind today, and every day. 💭🔥

There is a daily battle for your mind, guys! 🧠⚔️

✨💥 LIFE UPDATE: From Forced Early Retirement from Medical Issues… to Freedom, Health, and Travel! 💥✨

I was forced into early corporate retirement due to multiple strokes 🧠⚡ and a brain disease diagnosis. 😞 But…
🙌 PRAISE GOD — I cried out to Him for something that could help stop the strokes and reset my immune system… He did this for me with severe colitis and psoriasis too — I begged Him for Guidance, and He sent me to Chinese herbs that healed me 🤩🙏🏼
(I have had so many miracle events in my life! I do not take them for granted, and I am beyond grateful, but I do EXPECT Him to show up as He promised. If you do not have one yet, focus on your relationship with Him. There is NOTHING like having the Creator of the freaking Universe looking out for you!!)

I like to hit my rebounder for 5 minutes an hour if I’m at home 💪🏼, which is great for lymph node health, followed by 25 squats.
