Mede Bodi is dedicated to teaching the individual, how to better love themselves, in a society that teaches otherwise. Mede Bodi's logo is, "I am a bodi, you are a bodi, love the bodi you're in" When asked about Mede Bodi, and it's planned impact on the community, Edem responded, "Too often we hear people saying how disconnected they feel from other people, how at times they are ashamed to be themselves, and that sometimes a simple task like 'loving' yourself, can be the hardest thing you have ever had to do... Mede Bodi just makes you feel a little more connected, with the people around you and yourself. It's important to 'feel' connected, especially to yourself."
