Last week at the Nebraska Recreation & Parks Association Annual Conference in Kearney, NE, Lori Gressley was honored with the Outstanding Therapeutic Recreation Professional award! 🏆👏

Lori has dedicated over three decades to the field of Therapeutic Recreation, working in mental health, substance recovery, and long-term care settings. She currently serves as a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Ridgewood in Seward, where her compassion and expertise continue to make a meaningful impact every day.

We are so proud of Lori and grateful for the passion, dedication, and heart she brings to our team and the lives she touches every day. 💙

🌟 Special Visit to Brookestone View! 🌟

We had the honor of welcoming Dr. Julie Masters, Professor and Terry Haney Chair of Gerontology with the Department of Gerontology, to Brookestone View in Broken Bow yesterday.

Julie shared her expertise in gerontology with our team, sparking thoughtful conversation about how we can continue to enhance the lives of those we serve. 💙

It was truly a wonderful day—filled with great energy from our staff, happiness from our residents, and the breathtaking beauty of Broken Bow and the Sandhills. 🌾☀️

We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to sharing highlights from this visit at next week’s meeting!
