Heartfelt thank you to Methow Valley Midwifery for bringing Midwives Untethered to our birth center. We had the opportunity to host multiple midwives, midwifery students, birth assistants, doulas, and EMTs from LifeLine Ambulance, Inc. in this collaborative training.

More than just a class, this was an amazing opportunity to bring a multidisciplinary team together for sharing, laughing, debriefing, and being grounded in our healing and learning.

Welcomed our 99th, 100th and 101st babies at the birth center this week! This sweet boy was baby #100-born peacefully into his daddy’s hands. We are so grateful for all of your support & referrals. We feel so blessed to be able to serve our community!

We invite you all to visit Okanogan County’s first freestanding birth center for an evening tour of our birth suite and clinic, staff meet and greet, and a chance to peruse county birth resources.

Sarah Simmons, LM and Jessica Ready, RN share the dream of safe, accessible birth to all families in Okanogan County in a home-like atmosphere. Everyone deserves choice. We invite you to come and explore our birth center as an option for your next birth. If you aren’t currently looking for birth options, that’s okay! We still invite you to come take a look around and see this new resource in our community. Feel free to drop by the open house anytime from 5pm until 9pm.
