Thank you all so much for the best staff party and even more importantly, thank you for everything you do, day in and day out. It means the world to us to have this time together to celebrate not just the holiday season, but you—the heart of everything we do.
Caregiving is not easy. It takes strength, patience, compassion, and a whole lot of heart. And every single one of you brings those qualities with you every time you walk through the door. Whether you're comforting someone in a quiet moment, managing a tough shift, or simply showing up with a smile, you are making a difference. And that doesn’t go unnoticed.
You’ve gone above and beyond this year, through the good days and the hard ones, and we are so deeply grateful. The care you give is not just professional, it’s personal, and it shows. Thank you for your dedication, your teamwork, and the kindness you share so generously.

We had a year long competition counting up points of attendance and covering shifts to announce the first, second and third place winners at our Christmas party!
1st place: Natalia 🥇
Natalia has shown exceptional dedication, compassion, and dependability in her caregiving role. Her steady presence, attentive care, and kind heart have made such a difference in the lives she touches. Natalia’s ability to show up—consistently and wholeheartedly—is a reminder of what true caregiving looks like.

2nd Place: Sarah 🥈
Sarah stands out not only for her dedication but also for her vibrant personality and the many strengths she brings to caregiving. Her diverse abilities allow her to handle a wide range of situations with confidence and care, and she does it all with a positive attitude that lifts up those around her.
Sarah, this recognition is truly earned. You bring so much heart and talent to your role—thank you for everything you do!
3rd Place: Mariana 🥉
Mariana has been here for a while and throughout the years; her steady presence and heartfelt dedication have left a lasting impact. I’ve always been impressed with how naturally and compassionately she works with our dementia residents—her patience, understanding, and calm approach make all the difference.
We're also incredibly excited and thankful for Mariana and her family's business, which has been a true gift to our community. It’s a beautiful reflection of the same care and integrity Mariana brings to her work every day.
