It is with much thankfullness to all of my patients, that I love & have cared for over the years that I have to say I will no longer be in practice. This is due to all my records being lost in the cloud, not getting back to written notes fast enough. And my computers getting wiped out during covid & records not given to me, this was not done buy the state. So, the state did not like that, after explaining the whole situtation to them in detail, & they shut me down as of Mon this week.
