See Update Holiday Hours!

Hello All,

Tis the season of Holiday fun. Just a heads up next week before Thanksgiving (this really snuck up on us).
I will be in Monday-Wednesday (24-26) and then OFF until the following Thursday December 4th. So the office will be closed that Monday-Wednesday (through Dec 1-3rd) and OPEN again on Dec 4th Thursday-normal hours.
Please adjust accordingly for ship outs or in person appointments.

Out of Office Sept 25-Sept 29

Hey hey, just a heads up I will be out of office Thursday Sept 25th through Monday Sept 29th. I will open up the office Wednesday the 24th to be sure there are enough times to get in that week prior and then back in the following Tuesday.

Also just a quick update, I am bringing back the Telemed $55 "Quick Visits" for my people needing alternative medication fills (Low dose naltrexone, etc).

While also adding some options for future lab work orders that I am working on for panels at a more affordable cost. I will have this all panned out shortly.

Alongside my Comprehensive Hormone Consult (with labs done prior) for $299 which will include Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, pregnenolone, cortisol, Vit D3, ferritin and basic Thyroid panel if needed. We will gather your info via phone, lab kit will get shipped (this way I keep it more affordable), in office labs completed, then consult scheduled after labs are back so I can create a plan of action for you! I recently received extra creds in Women's Health Hormones and Thyroid, these are big issues I see people struggling with and not receiving proper care.

Moving on Friday the 29th-Office Closed. Closed for Labor Day as Well

Be sure to book your appointment before the week ends. Plenty of availability left Thursday before the weekend comes around.

We are MOVING!

UPDATE: As of September, the office will officially be moved to Onalaska at 757 Sand Lake Rd, Onalaska, WI 54650. Great parking within a quiet office space. My office will be up the steps (or ramp in the back that is handicap accessible) and the second office on the left.

It's only about 10-12 minutes from my current office, but if this greatly affects you and you need shipping please just be sure to contact via email a week before you need meds!
