Join me for Sacred Silence, a retreat for deep listening of the soul and guidance of our intuition. Daily Kundalini Yoga, Ayurvedic aligned meals, stillness in nature, guided mediations with reiki, and sacred space to be silent.

I was inspired to put this retreat together, from a children's book of all things. My daughters and I were at our local library when a book on Saint Brigid stood out to me. I was drawn to her star covered cloak, a cloak I once saw in a dream many years ago. A dream that put me on my path as a healer. Checking out the book, I was moved. Remember an Irish goddess known as Brigid as well I recalled Feb. 2nd being a day of honoring this energy. The energy of great healing, protection, and returning of the light. As is marks the half way point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. My intention is to all guests to reawaken to themselves. The aspects that may have gone dormant for winter or in other seasons of life. Whatever it may be we will gently call these aspects back and honor the light we already carry within us.

Grateful for this community ✨

As some of you know I host a guided meditation each month. This last Monday after connecting and being inspired by some amazing souls, I’m jumping on a nudge I’ve been feeling for some time.

I would love to lead a winter retreat this February in Northern Wisconsin. Bayfield to be exact. The days would be February 1st- 4th. Of course under the light of a full moon but even more sacred it is a time that marks the half way point between the winter solstice and spring equinox.
