Last minute idea to throw together a celebration for summer solstice. Join us for an hour all levels kundalini class on the beach. Cool off with a swim afterwards.

Kundalini yoga is unique in some ways and can totally be practiced on a beach towel. So grab a friend and celebrate the sun!
