• Set up (&tear down) takes 5 minutes or less! It is a good time fore to hear how your body is feeling and what we would like to focus on during your session. After the massage I like to leave as swiftly as I can to allow you to bask in that post massage relaxation.

• I bring a full size massage table, table warmer, sheets, blanket, oils and a speaker to really transform your space.

• Any open space works well — usually a living room or bedroom but we have used a large closet, offices, ANY open space works for me!

• Pets are always welcome — I love animals and know that they can be curious with someone new coming into their home. They are welcome to be nearby during your session as they typically take the time to relax too!

• Please do not stress over your space — this is supposed to be a time for you to relax and not add any stress in the process. I come from a chaotic home with two young kids and am never worried about the state of your space.

Enjoy all the benefits of an in home massage and customize to your preferences too — some clients choose to wear a robe for extra comfort before and after their session.
