This is life and life is now! ✨

We can all only operate from where we are as a result of the combination of who we are based upon the experiences we have had and the wisdom we have thus far gained. 💫

44 and being there not only acknowledges the opportunity for learning and growth, but also brings me joy, peace, freedom, comfort, and hope. ☮️

And remember, the picture does not tell the whole story.

Knowing your values and knowing your why can set the tone and serve as a guiding framework. 🌻

Take all of this with a grain of salt because In a few years, with more knowledge and more experience, I might change my mind. 🧂

The Weekly Rundown…
highlighting, showcasing and sharing my approach to nutrition, training, and living while doing my best to honor the various dimensions and aspects of whole-person wellness throughout my 12-week build to Javelina Jundred.

.wojta and I are in Leadville! We will both be competing in the Silver Rush 50. I’m running 50 miles on Saturday and he will be biking the same course on Sunday. It’s pretty cool to be out here supporting each other and sharing in the adventure together.

I wrote a little about my training build and the process of going all in on Substack. Going all in, not because the desired outcome is guaranteed, but because there is joy, hope and self-discovery as a result of the opportunity. 💫

Send us all the positive vibes. We got here yesterday, did our respective shake-outs and things got real! Let’s just say it feels like there is going to be much opportunity for growth! 😁

I’m giving Substack a go!

Here I will be sharing my musings, my adventures and my perspective on the application of a holistic approach to sport, health and wellbeing.

This will be replacing my wild + well newsletter as this platform seems to be a better fit for me. I find the process of writing both enjoyable and therapeutic. Although there is a certain level of discipline involved in the practice, I want freedom to write when the fancy strikes versus the constraints of a more formal monthly project.

Ideally the content I share will at times be relatable in such a way to inspire engagement and connection as that is the path to growth and progress.
