Tired, shaky, snappy… but your labs are ‘normal’? This might be why. 😵‍💫

Most people only talk about high blood sugar…

But reactive hypoglycemia—aka your blood sugar crashing too low after eating—is often the first red flag of metabolic dysfunction. Especially in women.

Here’s what happens:

↪️You eat something high in carbs (maybe without enough protein or fat).
↪️Your blood sugar spikes fast → your body overcompensates with a surge of insulin → your blood sugar drops too low.

Cue the crash:
🔻 Shakiness
🔻 Brain fog
🔻 Anxiety
🔻 Irritability
🔻 Intense sugar cravings
🔻 Fatigue an hour or two after eating

And the worst part? This can happen even if your labs say your blood sugar is “normal.”

Fasting glucose doesn’t catch blood sugar variability. You can be “healthy” on paper while silently riding a glucose rollercoaster every single day.

Imagine you're driving and the "check engine" light turns on.
