This summer, I had the honor of serving as a practitioner at the Sanctuary North Retreat, hosted by my sister and her incredible coaching community.

Each year, she holds a powerful year-long container for her students, guiding them through deep emotional and energetic transformation. At the mid-point of that journey, she invites them to gather in person for an immersive retreat experience. This year, I had the honor of joining her to offer another essential layer of support: foundational health.

Throughout the week, I worked 1:1 with both women and men — using muscle testing, foundational protocols, and support to help uncover what the body was holding and how that was influencing their emotional capacity.

Together, we explored:
– How the mitochondria are communicating with the rest of the body
– Where toxicity or interference might be clouding energy or emotional clarity
– How to open pathways of elimination and restore vitality at the cellular level

Because the truth is:
🌱 Emotional growth and physical vitality aren’t separate.
When the body is carrying unresolved inflammation, toxicity, or burnout, it’s hard to access the deeper layers of healing.

And while I was there in service, I also got to receive — with time for meditation, nourishing meals, and even a skin care class (which was such a treat!). It reminded me how important it is to care for ourselves in the midst of caring for others.

It was a beautiful reminder that this work is whole-person work.
When we support the body, we unlock new layers of the soul.

Grateful to be doing this kind of integrative care — and to be part of spaces where real transformation happens.

As a second-generation chiropractor, she’s lived a life rooted in natural health — and now she’s passionate about helping others experience the same.
