Snack Around the World: Korea Edition ✈️🌏

Every month, our residents take a tasty trip around the globe with our Snack Around the World event— no passport required!

This month, we explored the bold and delicious flavors of Korea, thanks to our Universal Yums box.

From sweet to savory, spicy to crunchy, everyone had a blast trying unique Korean treats and learning a little about the culture behind each bite. 😋✨

It’s more than just snacking — it’s a sensory adventure that sparks conversation, curiosity, and connection.

We can’t wait to see where we’re headed next month! 🔜

A sweet treat for our sweet residents! 🍪🍓

Our Resident Program Assistant, Jayden, treated everyone to made-from-scratch strawberry crumble cookies using fresh, juicy strawberries, paired with a refreshing blueberry mint spritzer.

Laughter, conversation, and smiles filled the room as everyone enjoyed these delightful treats.

Our residents truly love these special moments! 🧡

🎉 What a fantastic way to wrap up ! 🎉

Today, our residents enjoyed a fun-filled scavenger hunt around the building — each clue leading to a new adventure and a few smiles along the way! 🕵️‍♂️✨

Laughter echoed through the halls as everyone teamed up to solve the clues, reliving memories and making new ones. The excitement built with each step, and the joy was unmistakable when they reached the final destination — surprise gift bags just for them!

It’s been a week full of celebration, connection, and appreciation for the amazing individuals who make our community so special. Thank you to our associates, residents, and families for making this week unforgettable.

Day 5 had us in crazy hats, crazier socks, and tons of fun! 🧦🎩

The day kicked off with an epic residents vs. associates Bocce Ball Tournament, and guess who came out on top? Our amazing residents showed us how it’s done! 🏆

Then came the mane event where a talented pony wowed us all with his incredible skills!

As if that wasn’t enough, our adorable guest had his very first oatmeal cream pie — and he was definitely a fan. 😋

Day 4 of featured this year's theme of Ageless Adventure! ✈️ 💜

Today, our community came together dressed in purple to honor and support those affected by Alzheimer’s disease — a cause close to all our hearts.

We were also treated to a delicious surprise from our wonderful Resident Care Director, Rae, who made her famous taco dip for all of our associates. It was a hit — thank you, Rae, for the love and flavor! 🌮

To wrap up the day, we dove into some truly inspiring conversations by sharing our bucket list dreams. From being a pilot to writing books or visiting the Eiffel Tower — our residents reminded us that adventure doesn’t have an age limit. 🌍✨

This week is all about celebrating the spirit of ageless adventure, thanks to the 2025 theme, and today was a beautiful reminder that our golden years are still full of dreams, purpose, and possibility.

“An Ocean Voyage” was our theme for Day 3! 🐚⚓

We started our morning with a delicious grab-and-go breakfast hosted by our amazing Dining Services Director, Wendy! Thank you, Wendy, for fueling our crew for the adventure ahead.

Then the fun really set sail with a Water Gun Paint & Sip. What started as an artistic splash, quickly turned into an all-out (friendly!) water gun battle. 🎨💦

Our residents took full command and gave the team a good soaking… and we loved every second of it! 😄

Nothing brings people together like laughter, creativity, and a little bit of unexpected fun. Days like these remind us why our community is so special.

Day Two of featured a trip through the decades! 🕺🍦

We had a blast today stepping back in time with our Decades Day celebration. was filled with retro flair, great memories, and even better milkshakes.

A huge shoutout to our amazing Dining Services Director, Wendy, who whipped up delicious milkshakes that had everyone smiling and reminiscing. 😄✨

Kicking Off in the sweetest way! 🍨🎉

Yesterday marked the first day of this amazing holiday, and what better way to celebrate than with something as sweet as our residents — an Ice Cream Bar in honor of Grandparents Day!

Laughter, sprinkles, and smiles filled our community as residents, families, and associates created their dream sundaes and shared beautiful stories. From classic vanilla with hot fudge to adventurous toppings galore, there was a treat for everyone!

This week, our Dining Services Team had the honor of hosting a Grab & Go Breakfast for our incredible local first responders — a small gesture of gratitude for the big things they do every day.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the stories, and simply being able to say “thank you” made the morning truly special. is so grateful for the brave men and women who serve our community with dedication and heart. 💙
