I want to begin by saying that I am very selective about who I trust with my children, especially when it comes to their care and medical needs. Jen is someone I trust completely. She previously helped ease my brother’s pain and discomfort when he was a baby, which gave me confidence in bringing my own child to her.

When I first brought my daughter to Family Focus, she was experiencing significant constipation and constant tension. I could hardly hold her without her clenching her hands to her chest, throwing her head back, and arching her body in apparent discomfort. She struggled with sleep and feeding, and she consistently tilted her head to the left without much side-to-side movement.

After just the first couple of days of Jen working on her, I noticed a remarkable improvement. My daughter is now sleeping longer, appears much more relaxed, and is noticeably more comfortable. I can hold her calmly now, and she simply rests in my arms—it truly feels like I have a brand-new baby.

I can’t recommend Jen enough she is amazing !

As a lot of you know, I was out sick most of last week. I have not been that sick in a very long time, I was miserable! I am still not feeling great. Both of our girls now have fevers and are getting sick as well😢

I do not know what this week will look like as far as me seeing patients. This has been a long haul, these illnesses are terrible this year! I apologize about the rescheduling of appointments and not being at the clinic to help you all. I’m praying our kids kick this faster than I have.

I will keep everyone updated! We will reach out to reschedule you if you have an appointment that I won’t be in the office for. Thank you all for understanding and your continued patience as I recover and take care of my girls 💕

Sophia ended up in the ER Saturday evening. She has a virus similar to RSV. She was having a really hard time breathing, her oxygen levels were low and she was lethargic. She took an ambulance ride to Children’s and while we were there she improved quite a bit with oxygen and fluids.
We are at home, but she’s still sick enough I will be staying home with her. I’m not sure what the rest of the week will look like. We will be contacting everyone to get you rescheduled. Thank you for understanding. ❤️

Last minute schedule change this week!! We had to make a change to our schedule due to changes with babysitting! We will be closed today, If you had an appointment we will be reaching out soon to get you moved. Good news though: We will now be in Onawa tomorrow morning and Missouri valley tomorrow afternoon! 🌟I cannot say thank you enough to the community of Missouri Valley! My first week of seeing patients at the WOW center was fantastic! I got to meet a lot of people who were all very welcoming!🌟
