Join Burgess Health Center for a bipartisan community listening session focused on the impact of cancer on Iowa families. Iowa has one of the highest cancer incidence rates in the nation, and legislators want to hear directly from those affected. This event gives community members an opportunity to share personal stories, challenges, and ideas for meaningful solutions.

The session will be facilitated by Lynn Wold, CEO of Burgess Health Center, with participation from Senator Kevin Alons, Representative Dr. Megan Srinivas, and local voices who have been personally impacted by cancer.

This event is free, open to the public, and requires no registration. Attendees are encouraged to bring friends, family members, caregivers, and anyone affected by cancer for a respectful, solution-focused discussion.

Join the discussion on cancer in Iowa. Share your story and solutions at the bipartisan listening session on December 2.
