Today we are very thankful for our patient advocate Jessica Walters.
She has a very important role in our clinic helping our patients with assistance for medications, make sure they receive all the screenings such as mammograms,eye exams, dexa scans and more .
She helps with utility assistance, transportation barriers, getting patients home care equipment, Medicare applications and extra help with Medicaid.
Today the one most needed for our patients is the food program she has worked so hard for and linked up with Second Harvest to receive food each month to handout to our patients in need. We are so blessed to have her on our team.
