🚨 Pharmacy Notification: Prescription Pickup Calls Temporarily Unavailable 🚨

The “Your prescription is ready for pickup” phone calls are currently not going out as expected due to updates in our system. We’re actively working to resolve this issue and will notify you once it’s fixed.

In the meantime, please note that Oneida Pharmacy typically requires 2 business days from the time a refill request is made to have your prescription ready for pickup. It may be ready sooner, but 2 business days is our standard timeframe.
